STANLEY NOTE: While I realize the 14th Amendment has been subverted by government, particularly the judiciary, I would point out the the 14th Amendment upholds everyone's rights already, that is what it "says", what is written in the wording. It has been "interpreted" as making everyone a new type of citizen, one without rights basically, it appears. However, like all the rights in the Constitution, they have all been "interpreted into the ground, so as to render them moot", but that doesn't change the wording of any of them either. The problem isn't the 14th Amendment, or any of the other rights in the Constitution. The problem is the government that has overthrown this nation from within which is interpreting them into oblivion and creating their own authority to govern: TYRANNY. It is that simple. Americans have options to end this..

By the way, my third and hopefully final Bond Revocation Hearing is today at 1:30 in Courtroom 402 in Adams County District Court in Brighton, Colorado.

Welcome to the presumption that everyone is subject to the 14th amendment.

In understanding the history and interpretation of the 14th and the fact that it is being imposed upon everyone - every gov act makes sense.

Everyone is now seen as Negro's. Maybe its karma. It will certainly not change until we recognize what has happened and move to change it.

The 14th must be replaced with an equal rights amendment granting everyone all the rights that were originally only intended for the whites under state constitutions.

STANLEY NOTE: "Becoming" a target of the gestapo? Many of us have been for years. The gestapo has been operating for too long. We have been overthrown from within long ago. They are just "consolidating power now". Accept your slavery people, or stand up to it. Those are the only two choices. There is no middle ground. Too many wish to sit on the sidelines and comment on it. Sorry folks, that isn't good enough. By doing so, you are accepting your slavery. It is as simple as that. We can peacefully and politically do it now, or inevitably the future holds revolution for this country. Now folks, that is my opinion and the government has been persecuting my opinions for many years, turning them into prison sentences. My lawyers want me stop having an opinion, stop writing of my opinions, cave into tyranny, since that is what the government really wishes of the people. Can't do that. I am not a slave, as badly as the government insists that I should be. Abuse of power is a "scary terrorist act". That is the only thing that scares me, the terrorist act of abuse of power, against me, by the government, directed by the Feds through their agents in the local police departments, called Joint Terrorist Task Force members like Detective Ash of Thornton, Colorado. The tentacles of this fascist action against the people are long and used liberally by those who would use the succesful time tested methods of tyranny by government.

The government has for many years now, considered the issues listed in this Homeland Security posting to be true. This isn't anything new. Just "more of the same". Some of us have known "personally" for too many years now. When I was in jail last month because the Adams County District Attorney Sean May and a Detective Ash wanted to revoke my bond, my paperwork at the Adams County Detention Center said "terrorist" on it, when I noticed it at the nurses station, as I was being evaluated during processing... This has consistently been the government's position regarding me for over 6 years now. I am not a terrorist, but they "feel" or have "presumed" that I am, and based upon those feelings and presumptions, declared it to be so. We know who the terrorists are in the POLICE STATE OF AMERIKA, and it's not the people. America is fiquring it out daily. The illusions are falling off folks. Some of us have been warning of this systemic phenomena for many years. We have been branded "terrorists" by criminals in the government, for providing warnings and notice to America of what the government is doing outside, of their authority to govern. For this we are branded as being terrorists , by some government agent's decree. Yes, the gestapo is here in the 21st Century. It is the history of all government, since the dawn of man. Nothing changes... So much for those God given, natural, unalienable, constitutionally protected and guaranteed rights...Our forefathers would be sickened by what this country has become. I know I am.

Welcome to the most "free" nation on earth. In your dreams. The hybrid that has been erected here of fascism, communism and socialism is a new form of "democracy", in a country that was erected to be a constitutional republic with liberty as the cornerstone of governance. We appear to have failed miserably to defend and uphold that concept. As I have said, we have been overthrown from within, by a "system" that has emerged through the placement of people in government who believe in "control", instead of liberty.

I am a Patriot and Libertarian who believes we have rights. The government has used presumptions to brand me a terrorist. Seems to me, the government is the terrorist. I guess it is all in how you "feel". When you have the power of the people and you are using it outside of the scope of authority outlined by the Constitutions, both federal and state, they can apparently "feel" people right into prison. That is the government's right in the 21st Century, based upon their "feelings"... How did all of this go so wrong, where right is wrong and wrong is right?
