5. to MAKE Calls - report to PAPA, date, time, who, where if at all possible or email relating information to us.
6. to SEND Fax - report to PAPA, date, time, who, where if at all possible or email relating information to us.
7. to EMAIL information - report to PAPA, date, time, who, where or cc a copy of email to PAPA for file documentation if at all possible or email relating information to us.
8. to FURNISH any information acquired on topics with the CIA Group and NO information acquired is not to be posted to any groups or websites until given permission by PAPA's director.
9. to be PROFESSIONAL and respectful at ALL times under ALL circumstances.
10. to maintain CONFIDENTIALITY at ALL TIMES.
11. to FOLLOW ALL instructions for SECURITY purposes of Inmates and/or Family at ALL Times.
12. NO profanity, name calling or verbal abuse ALLOWED.
